Disk Preparation:
ColorVision accepts files from both Macintosh and Windows platforms. You must send a copy of all your screen and printer fonts for each typeface or variation used throughout the document as well as linked or supporting files (i.e. TIFs, EPSs, etc.) (Please do not use Multiple Master fonts.) Also, (PostScript fonts are preferred over TrueType fonts.) ColorVision reserves the right to substitute fonts not provided. If your job is not properly prepared and requires manipulation such as missing font substitution, incorrect color model (i.e. RGB, Indexed color) or any other correction needed, there will be a charge. You must enclose a legible PDF proof or a clean printout of your final file such as a color ink jet or black and white laser proof of the job being submitted. We accept the following media: 3 1/2” floppies, CD, DVD, Zip-100.
